My topic for the multimedia workshop will be presenting different technology that can be utilized in the K-12 classroom as well as to be used in higher education. These technologies or websites can be common tools that are not used to their full potential within the educational realm or new technologies that will help to assist teachers in their classroom and beyond.
Outcome:
Learning outcomes will include but are not limited to teachers: 1. Having a better understanding of tools that can assist in the classroom to disperse knowledge and information. 2. Becoming more comfortable with technology 3. Having resources to draw upon when using technology in the classroom 4. Creating learning environments that will challenge the technology savvy students which are present in our classrooms today. 5. Challenge teachers to use all of their potential resources
